What is the MELT Method?

Not foam rolling. Not stretching. Not exercise.

MELT is a gentle self-care technique that enhances mobility, stability and performance and is clinically proven to reduce chronic pain while restoring wellbeing.

Using a soft roller and balls, MELT blends mindful meditation and breath work to help the body’s natural healing mechanisms through self-myofascial restorative techniques. This method results in a calm mind, ease of pain symptoms, and restored joint stability.
