
This gentle follow-up to the Foundations of Mindfulness workshop is designed for anyone longing to bring more presence, steadiness, and awareness into daily life. Together we will explore simple contemplative practices that support grounding, reflection, and connection through breath awareness, mindful pauses, gentle movement, and guided discussion. A simple meditation practice will be offered that participants can comfortably continue at home, whether they are new to meditation or returning to practice after time away.
This workshop is less about “doing mindfulness perfectly” and more about learning how to meet ordinary moments with greater care and attention. Participants will leave with accessible tools for daily practice, including ways to regulate stress, create moments of stillness throughout the day, deepen awareness of the body and breath, and cultivate a more compassionate relationship with themselves and the world around them.
