Our class will focus on enhancing communication and building trust with a partner while practicing gentle yoga poses together. Partner Yoga can increase range of motion and facilitate deeper stretching. It also improves strength, balance and relaxation. We will explore seated, standing and reclined poses on yoga mats, using blankets, blocks, straps and bolsters. Bring your own props or borrow them from our studio. This class is suitable for beginners and more experienced yogis. Bring a friend or family member and let’s have some fun! Note: Only one person in each pair needs to register, the fee covers both partners. |
