The Niyamas meets on Sunday, February 23, 2025 from 1-3pm
(Note: The first workshop, The Yamas meets on Sunday, February 9, 2025 from 1-3pm.)
The Art of Living Mindfully provides an exploration of the foundational ethical principles of yoga, the Yamas and Niyamas. This offering examines practical principles for living with more mindfulness, kindness, and balance. These theories don’t prescribe a “right” or “wrong” way to live, but rather suggest ways to cultivate habits that help us feel more connected to ourselves and others in a positive, harmonious way.
The Art of Living Mindfully workshops offer practical tools and practices to integrate these ideas into daily lives - on and off the yoga mat.
Both workshops include theory/discussion, journaling, group discussion to share insight and perspective, breathwork, integration through guided meditation, and personal reflection. Following each workshop, additional materials for reflection and integration will be sent to each participant.
Join Denise to explore the Yamas and Niyamas if you are:

- An individual seeking to reflect on your relationship with others and deepen self-awareness
