Nurture your grateful heart, mind, and body 

Gratitude is a practice that opens our hearts and literally floods our bodies with feel-good hormones that soothe and support our nervous and immune systems. Gratitude creates pathways in the brain for positive thoughts and feelings, which then attract more uplifting thoughts and emotions.
Rest deeply in restorative yoga poses, meditate, offer thanks, and cultivate gratitude in a peaceful heart.

Props to bring (if you have them):
  • Yoga mat
  • 1-2 light blankets
  • 2 blocks
  • Eye pillow
MSY will provide:
  • 1 bolster
  • 1-2 sturdy blankets
  • 2 blocks and other props as needed
