Meet us under the Lark Pavilion at 10AM for a 60 minute Gentle Yoga Class with MSY Teacher Elaine Lewis. No prior experience needed – all are welcome!
After class we will take a guided tour of the beautiful gardens at Surreybrooke.
Bring a picnic lunch to enjoy after the tour. Chairs will be provided.
