This is the second workshop in this Fascia Series.

Chronic headaches, neck and shoulder aches? Too much time spent in front of a computer or doing fine handwork? 

Neck and shoulder tension is so common that people accept it as part of life. Often created by poor posture and improper movement patterns, chronic neck and shoulder pain can be corrected through simple movement patterns and fascia release techniques. Enjoy ease of movement, and a lifted and expansive posture to walk forward comfortably into life.

Yoga Therapy Kit used in the workshop will be available for purchase.
