Sedentary lifestyles contribute to the prevalence of achy hips and low back pain. Imbalance in the pelvis from major muscle groups that are weak or tight and restricted create movement patterns that cause chronic pain and dysfunction. Come learn easy ways to recreate balance in your hips and spine to walk tall with confidence and ease.
