Zoom Strength & Balance

A whole body fitness program that utilizes balance exercises, weight bearing routines, and low impact movements to help maintain and stimulate bone health in a safe way. Strengthens the whole body and improves balance.
Required props might include:
- elastic exercise bands
- light hand weights
- 2 yoga blocks
- therapy balls
