As Winter slowly shifts to Spring, join Amanda for a special yoga practice to welcome growth, expansion and inspiration for the season ahead.
This special 90-minute class will begin with a grounding meditation to invite inward awareness and inspiration. You’ll be guided through gentle yoga movements to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body. Our practice will then ease into a state of supportive rest, allowing the seeds of our session to take root in the body and mind. You will enjoy an immersive sound bath experience, including a soundscape of English horn, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes, and other resonant instruments.
