Take some time for yourself to unwind, de-stress and let go. Let's gather for a gentle yoga practice to rest, breathe and move gently. We'll release tension from our backs, shoulders, and necks. Our class will include floor, seated and standing poses - practiced gently and mindfully. At the end of class, we'll enjoy a long savasana.
