Join our live Moderate Yoga class through Zoom. Moderate yoga classes explore intermediate level postures and breathwork, including various modifications to simplify or go deeper into the postures. Some yoga background is necessary. 
Suggested props to have available include: 
  • yoga mat
  • 2 yoga blocks
  • strap
  • blankets or beach towels
  • therapy peanut
  • tennis ball
